University Trial Results on Bio-Efficacy
1. Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, Ahemadnagar: “Bio-efficacy of Daivic Capsule on Maize” trials at MPKV Rahuri results concluded that Recommended Dose of Fertilizer (RDF) with foliar spray of Daivic Capsule at 21 ha-1 received highest grain yield of Maize (71.40 q ha-1). A field experiment on “Effect of Daivic Capsule on Water Stress and Yield of seasonal Sugarcane” was conducted at MPKV Rahuri. The significant interaction between irrigation levels and foliar spray was found in terms of NMC (Number of Mill-able Canes) ha-1. The results showed application of I-3: Irrigation at 60% ETC and S3: Drenching of Daivic Capsule at 30 DAP with 3 Foliar Spray of Daivic Capsule at 60, 90 and 120 DAP. 2. College of Agriculture, Rajamata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidhyala, Gwalior: The results of “Bio-efficacy of Daivic Capsule on Maize” trials at College of Agriculture, RVSKVV, Gwalior indicated the plant height and leaf arc in Daivic Capsule and Recommended Dose of Fertilizer treated Maize was significantly higher than others. Based on season data, the report concluded that 75% Recommended Dose of Fertilizer with foliar spray of 14 Daivic Capsules was statistically at par in terms of productivity of Maize in comparison with Recommended Dose of Fertilizer alone. 3. Keladi Shivappa Nayaka Universtiy of Agricluture and Horticulture Science, Shivamogga The “Bio-efficacy of Daivic Capsule on Maize” trials concluded that Recommended Dose of Fertilizer with foliar spray of Daivic Capsule at 21 ha-1 received highest grain yield of Maize which was at par with other treatments. Recommended Dose of Fertilizer with foliar spray of Daivic Capsule at 7 ha-1, 15 and 30 days after germination is found beneficial for obtaining higher yields from Maize.
